See the drill press with the large plastic nob underneath? It's a "caliper drill". Each turn of the flange is 1/20 inch. 1/5 turn is 1/100 inch.Knurled brass nuts secure it. I would drill the whole top, but the drill press won't reach into the center.

I also use a spoon gouge and fingerplanes as well as sandpaper.

There is a hole cut out in the foam to let the belly fit down in to.

You can see the blue propane flame inside the aluminum pipe. This is also how I bend the lining and the binding.

I love my bandsaw!

I also love my parrot vise!

The lining is made of American sycamore. The neck is made of three pieces of walnut with two "ears" attached for the headstock.

I used a jar lid to mark for the soundhole and then just eyeballed the oval part. I evened up up using an oscillating spindle sander, again just by eyeballing it.

See the fish glue? That's the stuff!

If you happen to have any clamps of any kind that you don't want anymore, please send them to me!
